Sunset Mountain Bed & Breakfast

Solitude and quiet await you after the drive to the top. You have reached a retreat type Bed & Breakfast. Your every need has been anticipated and planned for. We really enjoyed the privacy and chance to just kick back and enjoy our stay.
Fresh orange juice and milk are already in your refrigerator, the outdoor pool is sparkling clean and ready, the most comfortable of beds is turned down and you have several breakfasts from which to choose as your host and restaurant owner, Dennis, greets you.
The amenities in our cottage included TV with VCR, stereo, alarm clock radio, telephonen (which makes this a modem friendly B&B!), full kitchen and bath, large bedroom, living room with fireplace, sofa, chairs and reading material. Outside the sliding glass doors is a gas BBQ grill, table & chairs and of course the lush greenery, trees and swimming pool. Walk through the trees and enjoy the sites and sounds of nature -- with no noise from traffic!
When planning your visit, remember that one day is just a tease - a week would be pure heaven! And while in Charlottesville, stop by Dennis' restaurant, Rococo's.
Breakfast was prepared and delivered to our cottage by Dennis. We chose the mixed fruit (strawberries, canteloupe, honeydew melon, orange wedges), crepes with sweet maple syrup and bacon. Good stuff! Precisely on time, he knocked at the door and presented us with our meal - what a treat!
A second cottage is just on the other side of the pool and has 2 bedrooms, plus sofa beds. This would be a wonderful location for a reunion or family retreat. Be sure to stop by Sunset Mountain B&B and their website!
