The opportunity to share a review of a product in a group setting once again presented itself. We shared this wonderful rum cake with Nira & Jim Hinkle (Mike's parents) when it arrived while we were visiting.
Rum cake is a traditional favorite at Christmas, holidays, birthdays and other special events. Truly a cake for all seasons!
The cake arrived safely, sealed and packaged in a cardboard container. It was so fresh that the rich aroma just exploded from the cake when we opened it. It was moist and full of cherries, walnuts, orange peel, lemon peel, and brown sugar. We served it warm and it was heavenly!
