We were seated by Stephanie and introduced to our waiter, Joe -- a charming young man we will always remember as one of the "characters" we have met along the way!

The choices offered to us for dinner made selection a very difficult decision. We both decided on the ribeye steak with pineapple-peppercorn marinade and a wise choice it was! The steaks were cooked to perfection and served with salads from the salad bar, a variety of hot rolls and breads, rice pilaf and mixed veggies with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and zuchini.
We opted for coffee and iced tea (caffeine being a necessity for us.....too much work to do and an abundance of great food to make us sleepy!). As we enjoyed our meals and the excellent service provided by Joe, we discussed the day's photos Mike had taken of the resort. When we felt we could eat no more, Joe arrived with the dessert menu!
 | Well, no matter how full, neither one of us were inclined to pass up dessert...... Mike spoke up right away and chose the chocolate mousse. Since we like to sample different desserts for the review, I decided on the peach melba...and it was wonderful! |
After dessert, we returned to our room and tried to get back to work, slowly returning from the lethargy that settles in after a really terrific meal!
Visit their Website, and try to make it to the resort for dinner......
and when you do, be sure to tell them Cruising America said "HI!"
