Sixth Day on the Island

Another beautiful sunrise captured by Cindy from Keith's backyard at the B&B. I was up early today (!!!) and accompanied Keith and Emmi to school this morning.

The children at Emmi's school started the day with the pledge of allegiance to the Dominican flag and then took their seats, ready to begin a day of serious study......well maybe not.....but they seem to be enjoying themselves!

After our return to the B&B from school, we prepared for this afternoon's seminar. We had several attendees and discussed everything from marketing a site on the internet to computer hardware and business in general. It was a very enjoyable meeting and we were happy to share what we have learned.

Keith and Deysi accompanied us to dinner tonight at a Swiss restaurant along the Malecon. We enjoyed baby lobster, steak, sea bass and goat. I must admit to being reluctant to taste the goat, so passed on the offer! It was a very enjoyable ending to our visit in the Dominican Republic!

Returning, we headed off early to bed........Benny was to pick us up at 4:45 am for the ride to the airport and our Final Day
