A huge decorated Christmas tree sat beautifully in the corner of the common area. There was a sitting area, complete with furniture appropriate for the era. Also available was a 36 inch big screen TV for every one at the inn.
Jeff took us to our room, The Louis Armstrong room. The room boasted a king size bed, TV and telephone, and small table with 2 chairs. The second room in the suite had a sitting chair, chifferobe and small table....a perfect spot for some quiet reading. The bath room was huges with big tub, double vanity shower and plenty of counter and big mirrors. There was also a separate dressing area complete with 4 drawer dresser. We were able to hook up on-line and spent the evening working on photos and listings.

Manager Penny has obtained her Tour Operator's license and the Inn will now be adding this service. Co-owner Shawne popped in for a moment around lunch, so we were able to meet her and grab a group photo before she rushed back to her day job.
Antiques and artifacts were carefully placed around the home for maximum affect and some were brought all the way from China. There was a piece of the Berlin Wall hanging prominently over the fireplace that was open to both the living room and dining room.
A Continental breakfast was available the next morning. We were offered coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cereal, fruits, bagels and yogurt. After a leisurely start, it was time for us to head out.
