When we arrived at the Henley House Bed & Breakfast in New Westminster, British Columbia, waiting for us was another product reveiw. It was a sample from The Brittle Kittle. We asked Anne and Ross, owners of the inn, to join us in our reveiw.
Everyone tasted, smiled and agreed that the soft peanut brittle was surprisingly more peanuty tasting than hard brittle. It had a rich buttery flavor and lots of crunchy nuts.
